My Story

A Little About Me!

My name is Waqas, some of my friends call me Kaz. I’m originally from Pakistan so I like to carry the qualities that come with the Pakistani culture which are of love, respect, family, and taking care of one another. I like to apply those in how I deal with my clients in Real Estate. The values of treating people how you want to be treated are what I like to live with.

Growing up in Chicago, me, my lovely wife, and our three daughters love to call Phoenix metro our home since 2012. We love the culture and the lifestyle here. People from all walks of life and all over the U.S have come here because they enjoy the outdoors, the gentle winters, and the relaxed lifestyle while finding plenty of activities to enjoy what life has to offer.

Whether you’re moving here for the 1st time and need that calm and friendly guidance or whether you’re seasoned here looking to make a wise decision with your most prized possession, I’d love to be there in the most honest manner possible.
I look forward to the opportunity to partner up Together!

My Qualification and Journey:

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from the University of Illinois @Urbana-Champaign and I have an MA in Innovative Leadership from Northcentral University. When I’m not taking care of clients of spending time with family, I like to catch a nice game. I believe sports can bring out the most competitive side in all of us sports is a good way to take a break from the daily grind of life.
Before Real Estate, I was involved with Education where I helped College students as an advisor helping them on picking their degree program, how to pay for college, and aligning their career goals through education
I got into Real Estate in 2016 as I wanted to run my own business and make a good living. What better way to do that then to help people in making one of their most investment decisions in their life. The joy which comes with giving someone keys to their new home or maximizing their hard earned money is unlike anything I could’ve imagined.
